The squad included a Solution Architect, Senior and Semi-Senior Developers, a DevOps Engineer, and a Project Owner. RESULTS The team worked under Stellantis’ product governance, while Niage ensured administrative flexibility and delivery oversight, enabling agility without compromising alignment

What did we do?

We provided a Function Owner to lead the end-to-end definition of the new system. Responsibilities included gathering business and compliance requirements, coordinating with internal engineering and AI teams, and validating functionality with pilot customers. The FO acted as the bridge between technical execution and business goals, ensuring the product was feasible, compliant, and aligned with market needs.

We deployed two consultants to work alongside Iveco’s development team. We implemented a Java-based BDD automation framework (Cucumber) for both frontend and backend, created quality dashboards for regression tracking, and trained the new internal QA team on the framework and agile testing practices.

We developed secure, low-latency firmware for the Telematic ECUs, integrated GNSS multi-band GPS and key sensors, and enabled communication through AT&T’s LTE-M network. The system was connected to G2K’s monitoring platform and deployed with a scalable architecture across the national fleet.

  • Secure bidirectional communication between vehicles and control centers
  • Emergency protocols for route deviation or unauthorized access
  • Scalable solution for over 1,000 armored vehicles nationwide

Additionally, we implemented analytics tools with Google Analytics and Firebase, along with support for Google Chromecast and Apple TV to enhance the global multimedia experience.

The client required a robust mobile application to deliver high-quality multimedia content to a global audience.

SOLUTION

We developed a Flutter mobile app for Android and iOS, with live integration of Vimeo and a Play content manager to manage access levels, seasons, and premieres.

Additionally, we implemented analytics tools with Google Analytics and Firebase, and support for Google Chromecast and Apple TV.

We developed self-service terminals using hardware kiosks, integrating devices like QR scanners and payment terminals. We also implemented SAP integration for sales recording and electronic invoicing, which was sent via email, improving customer self-service and facilitating service purchases.

Neverland needed to implement self-service touch terminals to improve self-service and facilitate the purchase of services in their salons.

SOLUTION

What did we do?

We developed a real-time web application for Claro to monitor the location and status of their telecom equipment. The solution uses sensor data to display metrics and events via charts and maps, with comparisons to industry benchmarks for accurate analysis and efficient fault detection.

NEED

Claro required a solution to monitor the real-time location and status of its telecommunications equipment and efficiently detect potential failures.

SOLUTION

We developed a real-time web application that geolocates equipment, presents metrics and events through graphs and maps, using data from sensors installed on each device. Additionally, comparisons with ideal industry indicators were integrated for accurate analysis.
